I. Limited Warranty Policy

A return goods authorization (RGA) is required on any items being returned for warranty consideration. ARGA number can be acquired by calling 1-800-633-2420. All warranty items must be returned to Anniston, AL for replacement or warranty credit. Merchandise remanufactured by APS is warranted for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and warranted to be free from defect in materials and workmanship. We will replace, free of charge, any parts we may furnish which, in our opinion, prove to be defective in material or workmanship, provided that the part has been properly installed and operated under normal conditions. The warranty parts will not be replaced if the parts have been damaged. For example, a computer returned with wheels missing, the wheels bent and/ or totalizer missing. This computer is not considered a warranty item. We do not guarantee any merchandise which has not been installed within twelve (12) months of purchase date. All parts for adjustment must be returned to APS for inspection. All freight charges on returned merchandise should be prepaid. All RGA numbers must be visible. Enclose a packing list, listing the reason for the return and details as to the conditions under which the part or parts operated. Under no circumstances will we recognize claims for labor, travel expense or consequential damages. Our liability being limited strictly to the replacement of such parts of our manufacturer that shall have proven, according to our judgment, to be defective.


II. Warranty Replacement Parts

APS must be notified of the warranty part or parts. All needed replacement parts must be supplied to the customer by APS. The replacement part will be warranted for the balance of the original equipment purchase period.


III. Products Out of Warranty

If it is determined that the merchandise is out of warranty, it will be repaired and subject to a replacement parts cost plus the labor cost for the repairs. It will be returned to the customer with freight charges added to invoice. If the customer does not want the item to be repaired and returned, and the item holds a core value, the core will be placed on customers’ core card for future use.


IV. Freight Damages

If any merchandise is received in damaged condition, APS should be notified immediately. We will then determine the best way to handle the damage claim with the freight carrier, as each circumstance is different.
